ST. PAUL, MN, USA, Feb 4, 2026 – Matsuura Machinery USA announces the installation of a Matsuura MX-330 PC 10 at the EMUGE-FRANKEN USA Technology Center in West Boylston, Massachusetts. The addition of this advanced automated platform expands EMUGE-FRANKEN’S Tech Center’s ability to support real world machining demonstrations, application development, and customer driven testing.

The MX-330 PC 10 is designed for manufacturers who demand consistent accuracy, thermal stability, and repeatable results. With full five axis capability and an integrated pallet system, the machine supports unattended production and high mix workflows common in aerospace and medical device manufacturing.
Installing a machine of this caliber is a detailed process, but one with a clear purpose. It allows customers to see how machining strategy, automation, and tooling work together in production focused environments.
“This installation gives customers a true production reference point,” said Dante Payva, Regional Sales Manager for Matsuura USA. “The MX-330 PC 10 is built for precision and automation and pairing it with EMUGE-FRANKEN tooling allows us to show customers how those strengths translate directly to part quality, uptime, and process reliability.”
Working closely with EMUGE-FRANKEN USA, Matsuura USA will develop applications that demonstrate how advanced tooling and machine design complement each other on the shop floor. The goal is to provide practical examples customers can apply directly to their own operations.
“Matsuura machines are engineered for long term accuracy and unattended performance,” Payva added. “This collaboration lets customers experience that firsthand through test cuts, demos, and application development that mirror real production conditions.”
The MX-330 PC 10 will be featured in upcoming demonstrations, regional events, and customer visits at the EMUGE-FRANKEN USA Technology Center.
“With Matsuura’s MX-330 PC10 and leading CAM partners, Emuge’s tech center becomes a live classroom for advanced machining, showcasing high-efficiency toolpaths, multi-axis capability, and high-performance tooling working together, said Dan Kelly, CAM Support Director for EMUGE-FRANKEN.”
Customers interested in seeing the machine in operation are encouraged to schedule a visit.
