Chennai, India, 19th November 2025 — Nemetschek Group, a global leader in digital transformation solutions for the Architecture, Engineering, Construction, and Operations (AEC/O) industries, announced the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the Indian Institute of Technology Madras (IIT Madras) to establish a platinum membership research partnership under the Centre of Excellence “Technologies for Low-Carbon and Lean Construction (TLC2).” This partnership is funded with an investment commitment of USD 100,000 by Nemetschek Group’s AI and Data Innovation Hub.
