HUNTSVILLE, AL, USA, Sep 30, 2026 – Titomic Limited (ASX: TTT), a global leader in cold spray additive manufacturing and advanced coatings, is pleased to announce that its wholly owned U.S. subsidiary, Titomic USA, Inc., has secured four new contracts totaling US$534,000 (AU$752,000) across the U.S. defense, research and energy sectors.
The awards, include an advanced coatings study and testing program for a Tier-1 defense prime, a TKF™ 623 system, a TKF™ 523 system and a TKF™ 523 Tactical system.
Titomic USA has received a new contract from an existing Tier-1 U.S. defense customer to conduct trial sprays and testing of multiple advanced metallic and hard coating materials. The program includes deposition and mechanical testing of titanium alloy, high-strength steel, aluminum alloy and wearresistant coating systems. The program is targeted for completion by the end of November 2026 and represents another opportunity to demonstrate Titomic Kinetic Fusion™ (TKF)™ cold spray technology for demanding defense applications.
Titomic USA has also secured an order from a major global energy technology company for a TKF™ 623 medium-pressure cold spray system. The system is scheduled for delivery by the end of 2026 and expands the deployment of TKF™ cold spray technology within the energy sector.
The awards also include the sale of a TKF™ 523 system to an energy and defense company, further expanding the deployment of Titomic Kinetic Fusion™ (TKF)™ cold spray technology across strategic U.S. markets.
A further contract has been received from a U.S. defense research organization for a TKF™ 523 Tactical configuration, with delivery targeted by the end of November 2026. Designed around portability and deployability, the TKF™ 523 Tactical platform extends cold spray capability beyond traditional fixed manufacturing environments and supports the growing requirement for flexible, point-of-need manufacturing, repair and sustainment solutions.
Together, the four contracts represent US$534,000 (AU$752,000) in new U.S. orders demonstrate accelerating demand for Titomic’s technology across defense, research and energy applications. The awards span the breadth of Titomic’s U.S. offering – from advanced coating development and material testing to the delivery of production and deployable cold spray systems. With these latest wins, Titomic has secured nine new orders in the United States totaling US$6.1 million (AU$8.7 million) in just four weeks.
