Carlson Survey OEM 2026 Released

MAYSVILLE, KY, USA, Oct 16, 2025 – Carlson Software today released Carlson Survey OEM 2026, the latest version of their industry-leading office software for surveyors. Carlson Survey OEM 2026 includes the AutoCAD 2026 engine built-in, allowing users who prefer to run on AutoCAD the option to do so without the need to sustain a separate AutoCAD subscription. 

Among the improvements in Carlson Survey OEM 2026 are Annotative Object Properties which now allows linking between Carlson horizontal drawing scale and the AutoCAD Annotation scale.

Importing Text/ASCII files now supports NGS NCAT file format for direct importing points.

LotNET has been upgraded to support multiple new features such as custom setbacks, importing Lot Types, and creating isolated Lots (Parcels).

Annotation Tables have added control for Title and Header styles with the ability to apply settings to existing tables.

…..in addition, you can now “Un-Link” labels from line work allowing you to make more significant revisions without losing table values.

Highly improved Deed Reader can now directly import PDF files and has an automatic settings detection tool that will detect patterned calls and isolate deed geometry.
