WHITE RIVER JUNCTION, VT, USA, Aug 20, 2025 — Concepts NREC, a global leader in end-to-end turbomachinery design and engineering solutions, proudly announces the appointment of Antoine Corbeil as the company’s new Vice President of Engineering. In this leadership role, Corbeil will oversee the company’s engineering strategy, drive technical excellence across all projects, and support innovation in advanced turbomachinery solutions.
With over two decades of experience in mechanical engineering and turbomachinery R&D, Mr. Corbeil brings deep expertise and a proven track record of delivering cutting-edge solutions in high-performance rotating machinery. He is a seasoned design engineer for gas-turbines with experience in both axial and radial engines. He has also been heavily involved in research and development efforts for compact heat-exchangers and Brayton-cycle renewable energy efforts.
As a graduate of the Royal Military College of Canada and with a M.A.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Ottawa, Mr. Corbeil has held a series of increasingly responsible technical and leadership roles, contributing significantly to product development, customer success, and organizational growth. Prior to joining Concepts NREC, Mr. Corbeil served in numerous roles at Brayton Energy including as President of Brayton Energy Canada for more than 5 years. His additional experience with Ingersoll-Rand, Bombardier Aerospace, and Pratt & Whitney Canada spans more than 15 years.
