Powered by a 16-laser configuration and optional beam shaping technology, the FS1311M-U delivers a dramatic leap in build efficiency. By optimizing energy distribution, the system enables wider scan spacing, thicker layers, and faster scanning speeds—achieving build rates of up to 1440 cm³/h in Ti-6Al-4V at 150 µm layer thickness. This translates directly to reduced material waste, improved energy utilization, and a lower cost per part, empowering manufacturers to scale production with confidence.

Consistent Quality at Scale

To achieve repeatable, high-quality results in volume production, the FS1311M-U is equipped with a robust optical system, uniform multi-laser overlap, and intelligent recoating monitoring. Its sophisticated airflow architecture—combining multi-layer gas flow with an air-wall design—effectively suppresses turbulence and prevents contamination across the entire build area. This creates stable, consistent process conditions that support reliable, long-duration manufacturing.
