Design & Modeling Updates
Sheet metal tools now include Base, Flange, Hem, Rolled Hem, and Unbend functions that simulate real-world fabrication processes. The Arc Slot Polygon Tool allows creation of polygons using arcs as defining edges, adding flexibility to organic shape creation. An integrated ISO Part Library gives direct access to standardized 3D components, while batch export enables saving individual parts from multi-part files for better organization and sharing.
User Interface & Customization
The custom tools interface has been redesigned to support larger m×n icon arrays such as 3×20 or 10×10 layouts, improving accessibility and workspace customization. Additionally, a new edit dialog simplifies tool modification, making adjustments more intuitive and efficient.
Interoperability & File Support
The SketchUp importer now supports the latest versions of SketchUp, with automatic glass shaders applied to transparent materials for more realistic rendering.
