AMC Bridge Celebrates Pune, India Business Inauguration 

70 delegates from CAD Software development, design services, design heads from OEMs, automation experts, engineering colleges principals & HODs, Training institute owners and members of the press from Pune attended the AMC Bridge launch event in the evening at Courtyard Marriott, Hingewadi, Pune.

AMC Bridge, a global software development consultancy serving engineering, manufacturing, and construction industries started its second office in India at an IT park in Baner, Pune. From its new state-of-art office, AMC Bridge’s software development experts use extensive experience with APIs of the majority of engineering software solutions and platforms, as well as in-depth knowledge of computational geometry, 3D visualization, and other advanced technologies to solve their clients’ critical business needs. 

After AMC Bridge Chennai office started in Dec 2022, the new office in Pune will allow for the space to increase its employee base, as part of AMC Bridge’s long-term strategic growth plan in the region. The company is looking forward to hiring software developers in India for various roles to provide services for such markets as digital manufacturing, digital construction, software, and high-tech advanced technologies to its clients across the world.  

On Feb 23, around 70 delegates from CAD Software development, design services, design heads from OEMs, automation experts, engineering colleges principals & HODs, Training institute owners and members of the press from Pune attended the AMC Bridge launch event in the evening at Courtyard Marriott, Hingewadi, Pune.  

The welcome event started with the lighting of lamp by AMC Bridge’s representatives. Vadym Synakh, COO, Boris Shoov, Executive Vice President, and Kateryna Synakh, Marketing & PR Director at AMC Bridge visited Pune to mark the start of the company’s operation in India infrastructure, and academia.  

Setting the tone of the event, Karthikeyan Karamchandran, Managing Director of AMC Bridge in India welcomed all delegates and introduced the speakers.   

Vadym Synakh, COO, in his speech gave an overview about the milestones that the company achieved since 1999, talked about its employees, clients, awards received, and locations where AMC Bridge operates. The company serves 350+ clients including Siemens, Autodesk, PTC, DS SOLIDWORKS, Onshape, AMD, SIMULIA, Desktop Metal, Stratasys, and others. “The start of operation in India is an important milestone for AMC Bridge. India has great talent potential in CAD software development and the ability to deliver innovative technology solutions for our customers around the world,” he said. 

Later, Boris Shoov, Executive Vice President, introduced the audience to the company’s area of expertise, which includes the development of Mechanical CAD, Architectural CAD, CAM/Cost estimations, Additive Manufacturing, CAE, Metrology, PDM/PLM/ERP, point cloud, AR/VR, Design Automation/optimization and Data Translation. He also showcased a few interesting projects done in the field of Robotics, machine learning, additive manufacturing. He said “We are aware about the abundance of skilled talent in cutting-edge technologies such as cloud, AI/ML, HPC, IoT, and CAD/CAM software development in India, so it was a very natural choice for us to start our operations in Pune. We remain committed to growing our operations here and delivering greater value through our innovations to our clients.”  

Later in the session, Kateryna Synakh, Marketing & PR Director, talked about AMC Bridge’s corporate culture. She presented the company vision of being the ‘Employer of choice’ and ‘Vendor of choice’ and AMC Bridge’s core values, such as professionalism and initiative, mutual respect, strong business ethics, and teamwork. AMC Bridge has around 800+ employees working worldwide with 92% of employee loyalty. The company has big plans for India and looking for hiring passionate software developers ready to accept challenges, learn new technologies, and build a long-term career path.  

After the presentations, there was an interactive Q&A session on plans for India, the hiring process, innovative projects done, training offered by the company for new employees, plans for hiring Trainees in India, etc. Delegates got very insightful answers from the speakers. The day ended with networking.
