RADOM, Poland, Nov 13, 2025 – CADprofi pleased to announce the release of CADprofi version 2026. CADprofi is a comprehensive CAD application that accelerates the design work in many branches. CADprofi Suite program consists of the following modules: CADprofi HVAC and Piping, CADprofi Electrical, CADprofi Architectural, CADprofi Mechanical, CP–Symbols and CP–Manufacturers programs.
Highlights and changes in CADprofi 2026:
CADprofi – extended language availability of the program
The CADprofi software, together with manufacturer libraries and Online Help, has been expanded with new language versions, facilitating the work of designers on international markets.
CADprofi now supports 35 languages, including: English, Bulgarian, Chinese, Croatian, Czech, Danish, Estonian, Finnish, French, Greek, Hindi, Spanish, Dutch, Indonesian, Japanese, Korean, Malay, German, Norwegian, Lithuanian, Latvian, Polish, Portuguese, Russian, Romanian, Serbian, Slovak, Slovenian, Swedish, Thai, Turkish, Ukrainian, Hungarian, Vietnamese, and Italian.
CADprofi – automatic updating of blocks with descriptions
The CADprofi program has been enhanced with a feature for automatic updating of blocks containing descriptions.
With this new functionality, objects with descriptions are automatically updated, and the data contained in the descriptions is synchronized with the object properties. This streamlines the design process by eliminating the need to manually update descriptions after making changes.
CADprofi – export of material lists to JSON format
The CADprofi program has been enhanced with the ability to export data from the “Bill of materials” command to JSON format.
The JSON (JavaScript Object Notation) format is a lightweight and universal way of exchanging data, enabling efficient and standardized communication between different systems. Due to its simplicity, flexibility, and wide compatibility with popular programming languages, JSON is now one of the most commonly used solutions for system integrations and application development.
The new feature in CADprofi allows users to easily generate data in JSON format, significantly simplifying further processing and integration with external systems.
CADprofi – new version of the “Match properties” command
The editing command Match properties has received a new version. In the latest version of the program, the command allows filtering connectors, fasteners, covers, and dividers according to the selected material type.
Additionally, the dropdown lists for connectors and fasteners have been replaced with selection buttons, making it easier to choose the individual components of the trays.
CADprofi HVAC & Piping – automatic drawing of pipes from sanitary fixtures
In the latest version of CADprofi, the process of creating sanitary installation schemes has been significantly simplified thanks to the automatic drawing of pipes from sanitary fixtures.
Now, after selecting any sanitary symbol from the libraries “Plumbing objects – Plan” or “Plumbing objects – Scheme“, CADprofi automatically connects the appropriate type of pipes to the selected schematic lines in the correct locations.
Additionally, the latest version of the program introduces the ability to remove connection points and merge schematic lines.
CADprofi HVAC & Piping – retrieving schematic lines from the drawing
The Pipes – scheme command has been enhanced with a new feature that allows retrieving schematic lines directly from the drawing.
This function enables convenient selection of lines on the drawing in order to add them to a list of lines.
CADprofi HVAC & Piping – extension of the “Schemes” command
In the Schemes command in the “Central Heating Installations” category, many new predefined pump group schemes have been added, including:
- With a thermostatic valve.
- With a 3- and 4-way mixer.
- With a relief-bleed mixer.
- With a thermostatic valve and relief-bleed mixer.
- Solar pump groups.
- Configurable pump group schemes on a manifold for 2, 3 and 4 circuits.
- Configurable pump group schemes mixing with a floor heating manifold.
Additionally, a boiler room schematic has been added to the program. The installation consists of two heat exchangers operating in parallel, designed for heating domestic hot water (DHW) and central heating (CH), supplied from the district heating network. The system includes a manifold, circulation pumps for two central heating risers, and a control installation.
CADprofi HVAC & Piping – prefabricated concrete sewer manholes
The Sewage systems command has been expanded with new product categories – Prefabricated concrete sewer manholes. The available manhole diameters are:
- DN1000,
- DN1200,
- DN1500.
User can freely select the components from which the manhole will be built, including:
- bottom slabs,
- manhole rings,
- manhole covers (cover slabs, load distribution slabs, load rings),
- reduction cones,
- spacer rings.
By inserting elements from the object list in the program’s dialog window, user can easily and quickly add a complete prefabricated manhole to the project.
The command has also been extended to include cast iron manhole covers and concrete-filled manhole covers, available in four load classes.
CADprofi HVAC & Piping – knife gate valves
The Parametrical armature command has been expanded with a new product group – knife gate valves. The following objects have been added to this group:
- knife gate valve,
- knife gate valve with handwheel,
- knife gate valve for underground installation,
- knife gate valve with rising stem,
- knife gate valve with rising stem and
bevel gear.
The product database has also been expanded with two new manufacturers: AVK and Jafar.
Additionally, the Parametrical armature command now includes smooth adjustment of telescopic actuators for valves in the following variants:
- With handwheel,
- With rigid casing,
- With telescopic casing.
CADprofi HVAC & Piping – configurable floor distributor symbols
Configurable symbols for floor manifolds with various types of instrumentation have been added to the Symbols command, including:
- Floor manifold with rotameters, top/bottom feed;
- Floor manifold with rotameters, top/bottom feed, with control valves;
- Floor manifold with rotameters, top/bottom feed, with thermostatic valves.
CADprofi Architectural – air flow direction arrows in natural ventilation
The “Building Elements” command in CADprofi Architectural has been enhanced with air flow direction symbols, allowing the indication of circulation direction in natural ventilation systems.
The new elements make it easier to clearly present ventilation diagrams and increase the accuracy of project documentation.
CADprofi Architectural – updated fire protection standards – DIN 14034-6 and TRVB 121 O
The “Safety and Evacuation Symbols” command in the CADprofi Architectural module has been updated with a new library of symbols compliant with the German standard DIN 14034-6, ensuring even greater compliance of projects with current European requirements.
Additionally, the Austrian standard TRVB 121 O has been updated. This allows users to create fire protection designs fully in accordance with Austrian regulations and technical standards.
CADprofi Architectural – balustrades for stairs
The architectural module of the CADprofi software has been expanded with the ability to insert staircase railings in the side view.
New elements are available in the Stairs and railings command, which was created by combining the previous Stairs and Railings commands. The updated command allows for the insertion of the following objects:
- Stairs in side and front views;
- Balcony and terrace railings in top and front views;
- Staircase railings (balustrades) in side view.
CADprofi Electrical – new functionalities in the “Lighting protection systems” command
In the latest version of CADprofi Electrical, the functionality of the Lightning protection systems command has been expanded. A new option for dynamically drawing horizontal branches and automatically placing connectors within a selected project area has been added.
Simply select two points – the software will automatically create a reference grid, based on which CADprofi will draw the cables and place the connectors in the appropriate locations of the project.
Additionally, the dynamic determination of lightning protection zones for multi-mast systems has been extended to include the cone (protective angle) method for all four LPS protection classes.
CADprofi Electrical – busbar trunking system for high-power distribution
The Busbars and cable trays command in CADprofi has been expanded with a new product category: High-power distribution system, which includes:
- busbars,
- straight elements,
- connectors, vertical, horizontal, flexible, and double-angle connections,
- tees,
- feeding heads,
- covers and outlet boxes,
- clamps and supports,
- switchboard supply heads and straight supply heads,
- angle connectors.
Additionally, the command has been extended to include:
- clamps and supports,
- supply heads and angle connectors,
- flexible transformer connections.
CADprofi Mechanical – mounting systems
The Standardized parts command has been expanded with new product categories – Mounting systems. The library includes anchors and screws.
The user has access to a wide range of fastening elements – from standard anchors and screws to dedicated solutions from Fischer – ready for direct use in the project.
This extension significantly streamlines the design process, allowing for quick selection and placement of the appropriate mounting system.
CADprofi Mechanical – chain and belt gear generator
The mechanical module of the CADprofi program has been expanded with a new command, Gear generator , which enables the automatic generation of chain and belt gears.
User can select the type of belt and the number of belts, while the length is calculated automatically based on the specified parameters.
CADprofi OEM – ABB library extension with new enclosure series
The ABB library available in CADprofi has been expanded with new product types:
- surface-mounted enclosures series AK600 – metal up to 63A and teletechnical,
- flush-mounted enclosures series CU – metal up to 125A (replacing the U series),
- outdoor enclosures series APO, ARIA, VMS,
- free-standing enclosures up to 1000A series TineLine-X,
- free-standing frame enclosures up to 2000A series pro E power 185 mm (replacing the Triline series),
- additional accessories: plinths, solid and glass doors, as well as top and bottom plates with cable entries,
- installation system: Combiline N, Combiline X, Combiline 185.
Additionally, for the TwinLine-X and pro E power 185 mm series, enclosure configurators have been prepared, allowing selection of doors, plinths, top/bottom plates with cable entries, and providing a visual representation of the chosen configuration.
CADprofi OEM – ABB library extension with new apparatus series
ABB library available in CADprofi has been expanded with new product types:
- Modular equipment: new surge arresters and circuit breakers from the S300P series, which replaced the S200P series products;
- Circuit breakers/disconnectors: new compact/air Ekip circuit breakers, disconnectors (DIP, Touch, Hi-Touch) in stationary and withdrawable versions with a set of accessories.
- Fuse devices: new industrial strip-type disconnectors with ITS2.D and ITS2.D-MOT fuses.
Additionally ABB – Power distribution scheme creator library has been expanded with a category Design data – general settings, which allows user to describe data in drawing table, insert design sheets and manage the visibility of attributes. Description fields Potential line designation and Title have also been added.
CADprofi OEM – performing calculations in ABB CADcalc
The ABB – Power distribution scheme creator available in CADprofi has been extended with the advanced ABB-CADcalc calculation tool, which supports the user in performing calculations:
- selecting cables and checking current capacity,
- voltage drops,
- protection against electric shock,
- checking short-circuit equipment,
- power balance,
- checking cables in the fire zone.
This feature is available only in Polish version of ABB library.
CADprofi OEM – new A-LAN Technologie library
A new library for designing teletechnical cabinet elevations along with structured cabling elements using A-LAN Technologie products has been added to CADprofi. The library contains:
- Server and teleinformatic RACK cabinets.
- Cabling – copper, fiber optic, telephone, residential buildings.
- Subscriber equipment.
- UPS.
Additionally, the library has a convenient configurator for copper panels, fiber optic distribution boxes and multimedia panel cassettes. The configurator allows for quick selection of the appropriate type of module/adapter, its quantity, as well as the type of copper cable and its length in the case of Keystone modules.
CADprofi OEM – BCS library update
The BCS library available in CADprofi has been expanded with new ULTRA and FLEX product lines.
The range of BCS LINE, POINT, VIEW and PoE Switches products has also been expanded.
CADprofi OEM – EATON library update
EATON library available in CADprofi has been expanded with a new product category – Certified Fire Protection Circuit Breaker PWP-ETN. This category contains:
- surge arresters,
- fuse disconnectors,
- disconnectors and circuit breakers up to 1600A,
- INX air disconnectors up to 4000A,
- IZMX air circuit breakers up to 4000A,
- xEnergyBasic enclosures up to 630A,
- xEnergyLight enclosures up to 1600A,
- accessories,
- PWP automation systems.
Additionally EATON – Power Distribution Scheme Creator library has been expanded with the possibility of inserting a title page sheet and a sheet with technical parameters and a project description.
CADprofi OEM – new functionality in Elko-Bis library
The Elko-Bis library in the CADprofi program has been enhanced with a dynamic calculation of lightning protection zones for multi-mast systems using the rolling sphere and protective angle methods for four LPS protection classes. The program allows you to:
- determine and visualize the protection zone at specified heights and for a selected LPS class using the rolling sphere and protective angle methods,
- generate multiple ‘isolines’ for different protection zone heights,
- determine upper penetration for masts inserted in side view,
- take into account different mast heights and their mounting levels,
- automatically update the protection zone when masts are moved, deleted, or copied,
- automatically calculate the optimal distance between masts using the Arrange function,
- generate protection zones with dedicated layer types containing information about their heights.
The dynamic lightning protection zone calculation is available in the latest versions of AutoCAD, BricsCAD (Pro or higher), GstarCAD, and ZWCAD.
CADprofi OEM – Elko-Bis library update and functionality expansion
The Elko-Bis library available in CADprofi has been updated and expanded with new functionality:
- ability for the user to specify the spacing between mounts and clamps;
- including in schedules the amount of adhesive or grease depending on the type of mounts and roof covering;
- automatic determination of the wind zone based on the provided installation address.
Additionally, a Configurator for typical solutions has been added to the library:
- for down conductors;
- for high-voltage conductors;
- for wire roof penetrations.
CADprofi OEM – new version of the Legrand library
Legrand – Apparatus and cabinets product library has returned in a new version, updated and improved. The library contains:
- Circuit breakers and power switches.
- Modular devices.
- Control/Programming.
- Control and signalling – accessories.
- Measuring devices.
- Power supply.
- Plug-in sockets.
- Wiring accessories.
- Switchboards and cabinets.
Additionally, the product selection dialog has been expanded to include the ability to quickly go to the PDF catalog and the manufacturer’s website with information about the products.
CADprofi OEM – Noark Electric power distribution scheme creator
Noark Electric library available in CADprofi has been extended with the ability to generate schemes using the power distribution scheme creator.
Scheme creator allows user to select products available in the modular equipment library and place them in specific positions in the scheme.
In this way, user can very easily and quickly define the logical structure of the entire switchboard, focusing only on the selection of products, and not on manual drawing.
CADprofi OEM – new OBO Bettermann library
A new product library for designing cable routes using system solutions from OBO Bettermann has been added to CADprofi. The library includes products for sheet metal cable trays:
- perforated trays H=35mm (RKS, RKSM, MKS);
- perforated and solid trays H=60mm (RKS, RKSM, MKSMU);
- perforated and solid trays H=85mm (MKSM, MKSMU);
- perforated and solid trays H=110mm (MKSM, MKSMU);
- mounting schemes, connectors, covers, and dividers;
- additional accessories.
CADprofi OEM – new RST library
A library of surge protection devices from RST has been added to CADprofi. The library includes devices for the protection of:
- control and instrumentation systems (AKPiA);
- alarm systems (SSWiN, KD);
- fire protection systems (SSP);
- CCTV systems;
- single-phase and three-phase network systems (TN-C, TN-S, or TT);
- photovoltaic (PV) installations.
CADprofi OEM – Siemens power distribution scheme creator
The Siemens library available in CADprofi has been expanded with the ability to generate diagrams using the power distribution scheme creator.
The scheme creator allows selecting products available in the apparatus and low-voltage switchgear library and placing them in specified positions within the diagram.
This makes it very easy and quick to define the logical structure of the entire switchgear, focusing only on product selection rather than manual drawing.
CADprofi OEM – Siemens library expansion
The Siemens library has been expanded with new product series, including:
- circuit breakers and disconnectors in fixed, plug-in, and withdrawable versions;
- Insulating disconnectors 3KD;
- Busbar disconnectors;
- Energy meters and PAC network parameter meters;
- SIRIUS ACT control panel devices;
- PROFI and ASTRO control timers;
- Time switches;
- Dusk switches;
- Modular switches;
- Additional accessories: overvoltage and undervoltage releases, rotary and motor drives, auxiliary and signaling contacts, mechanical interlocks;
- Enclosures series ALPHA 400, 630, 1250 (surface-mounted, flush-mounted, and free-standing);
- Mounting kits with covers, as well as accessories and additional cabinet equipment.
CADprofi OEM – Strawa library update with new pump groups
The CADprofi program has been expanded with a new Strawa Core pump group featuring an integrated heat meter.
The new object is available in the “Pump Groups” category as a ready-to-insert schematic, and also in the “Boiler Room Diagram Wizard” under the pump group selection field.
CADprofi OEM – Uponor library update with a new hybrid station
The Uponor library available in CADprofi has been expanded with a new hybrid station: Combi Port E-Hybrid PR 400V 15SX.
The station is equipped with an electric heater operating in the primary circuit (a so-called heat booster).
The new object is available in the “Residential Stations > Low-Temperature Stations” category as a ready-to-insert schematic.
The new device is also available in the decentralized installation diagram generator – modeling installations with these devices can be done in the section: Decentralized DHW and CH Installation Calculations > Low-Temperature Units with Booster.
Adjustment to many base CAD programs
