He succeeds Mr. Joseph Jerome, who has successfully led the company for over fifteen years and will now take on the role of Joint Managing Director, focusing on BEACON’s 3D printing business and spearheading the development of new teams for expansion into new territories.

Mr. Nainar has been a BEACON board member since 2022 and has played a pivotal role in introducing digital transformation technologies that integrate PLM, ERP, and design data, unlocking business intelligence for customers. During this period, he has built a strong technology team at BEACON, enhancing competencies in emerging technologies.

Mr. Nainar holds a Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering and has extensive experience in technology product development. He has held key leadership roles at Dassault Systèmes, Autodesk, Think3, and Katerra and was also the founder of Designsense, a technology startup that developed cloud-based collaboration solutions for the AEC market.
