Datakit Releases CAD Conversion Tools v2024.2

LYON, France, Apr 12, 2024 – Datakit, a specialist in 3D interoperability, announces the new version 2024.2 of its technical data conversion SDK.

Highlights:

•    Retrieve Creo View PMIs no matter which mode is being used to design or store: Creo or Creo View,
•    Read all Catia V6 / 3DExperience attributes (colour, visibility, etc …) for 2023x and 2024x,
•    Manage component visibility in a view for Inventor,
•    Enhance the quality of the mesh transformation of our Parasolid kernel also in very specific cases or uses,
•    Retrieve added leaf prototype components bounding box for Revit,
•    Speed up the import of SolidEdge huge parts with high amount of body. In plain terms, this means, optimisation improves as the bodies amount grows.

Datakit also have added compatibility with major CAD new versions: Catia V5 up to V5-6R2024, Fusion 2.0-18460, Parasolid 36.1, NX 2312 series (until 2312.4000).

On top, a Japanese version of Crossmanager is now available.

With this new version, Datakit is again strengthening its position as an expert of advanced interoperability, capabilities of end-users, as well as software companies, to easily convert reliable and complete technical data of both parts and assemblies.
