Qualification: Technical degree with a duration of upto 4 year, specializing in Electrical / Electronics / Instrumentation / Computer Science Engineering
Experience: 2-6 years

Job requirements.
| Independent creation of drafts and mechanical designs in 3D with CAD considering design rules, quality, costs, timeline and internal/external production know-how in coordination with the customer in development process. Preparation and structuring of information and data (CAD, TDM, project documents |
| Independent research for wire harness components (e.g. clip, grommet, wires, connectors, protection) |
| Specification work – assessment of customer specifications |
| Independent performing of general technically calculations (e.g. ampacity of electrical components, strength, weight, space) and simulation (e.g. deformation, stress, kinematics) |
| Initiate of complex technically calculations with cooperation with specialists (e.g. mold flow) and interpretation of results together |
| Independent calculate and define of functional dimensions/tolerances and control considering all relevant development results (e.g. test results, calculations) |
| Independent creation or initiate and control of new created and changed technical drawings |
| Independent definition of technical contents of drawings, BOMs and other sample describing documents considering of results of involved departments (e.g. test department, production) |
| Creation and maintenance of constructions-FMEAs and design guidelines/Norms |
| Strong knowledge in product area of plastic housings, connectors for electronics |
| Strong knowledge in CAD (e.g. CATIA V5) |
| Strong knowledge of development tools with the automobile industry |
| Knowledge in wire harnesses and wire harness components will be added advantage |
