As part of Mastercam’s ongoing commitment to customer success, WDS Software & Service GmbH and robotized rm systems GmbH will serve as the only authorized Mastercam Channel Partners in Germany, providing sales, technical support, training and professional services to customers throughout the country.
The move reflects Mastercam’s strategy of simplifying its route to market while strengthening local technical support, training resources and customer engagement in one of the world’s most important manufacturing markets.
Both organizations have been trusted members of the Mastercam ecosystem for many years and have built strong reputations for technical expertise, customer service and manufacturing knowledge. Their expanded roles will provide customers with improved access to local support resources, specialist application expertise and professional training services.
