PFINZTAL-SOLLINGEN, Germany, Apr 6, 2026 – In the first quarter of 2026, WiCAM developed a new post-processor for the HSG X2512 laser machine with 6 kW power and CypCutE control. It is now possible to program this system efficiently and independently of the manufacturer using our PN4000 programming system.
The new post-processor expands the functionality of PN4000 and enables seamless integration of HSG laser systems into existing production processes. Users benefit from optimized data transfer and reliable implementation of complex cutting programmes directly on the machine.
The HSG X2512 was successfully commissioned by our sales partner LTsoft in Italy and integrated into the production environment together with WiCAM. LTsoft supports customers in the introduction of modern automation solutions and ensures the smooth implementation of our software into existing manufacturing structures.
The versatile modules and interfaces of our PN4000 programming system enable flexible contract manufacturing through to unmanned, fully automated process chains in industrial sheet metal processing.
