The Emmen-based company will become part of Novio-Scan Holding, the Group in which technology companies active in 3D printing are brought together.
BEDROCK 3D produces high-quality filaments for professional 3D printing applications. With this acquisition, Novio-Scan Holding adds materials expertise to a Group already active across hardware, software and end-use applications.
Insolution is also part of the Novio-Scan Group. Insolution provides 3D printers to podiatrists for the production of custom insoles, combining these with scanning, proprietary software and materials. The company uses both traditional milling technology and its own proprietary 3D printing technology.

The combination of BEDROCK 3D and Insolution illustrates this strategy.
