AML3D Announces Two-Years Distribution Partnership with Arc Additive for UK, Europe

EDINBURGH, Australia, Aug 4, 2025 – AML3D Limited (ASX:AL3) (“AML3D” or “the Company”) is pleased to announce the appointment of Arc Additive Limited (“Arc”) as a, non-exclusive, UK and Europe distribution partner. The partnership with Arc, a Scottish based supplier of large scale, wire arc additive manufacturing (“WAAM”), metal 3D printing solutions, will run for two years. Arc’s advanced manufacturing expertise and target markets across the UK and Europe align with AML3D’s growth strategy for Europe.

AML3D announced plans to invest AU$5 million in establishing a European technology base as a key part of its growth strategy following a successful capital raise in late 2024. AML3D has received strong demand signals from the UK defence market, similar to those that underpinned AML3D’s successful entry into the US defence market and signed a material feasibility contract with BAE Systems UK in the June 2025 quarter.

The appointment of Arc is expected to accelerate AML3D’s growth strategy. This strategy includes leveraging the company’s existing manufacturing capacity in Australia and planned capacity in Europe to support the Defence markets of AUKUS partners the U.K. and Australia and other globally significant defence and manufacturing markets.

AML3D CEO Sean Ebert said: “We are seeing the same demand signals in Europe that are driving our phenomenal growth in the US across Defence but also Utilities and Energy. We are very much looking to roll out our US playbook in Europe. That includes leveraging third party distributors in Europe like Arc. It includes establishing a Technology centre in Europe like we did at Stow Ohio. It includes supporting the AUKUS defence partners like we are with our contract with BAE systems in the UK.”

“While much of the excitement around AML3D’s growth has rightly been focussed on the US market we have continued to work on the significant growth opportunities represent by the UK, Australian and European markets. This distributor partnership with Arc is a great example of this work. Building our distribution capabilities across the UK and mainland Europe will help us to convert the strong demand in these markets to contract wins. My expectation is the alloy testing contract we have already signed with BAE Systems in the UK is just the beginning.”

Jamie Mincher, Managing Director, Arc Additive said: “I’ve long believed that the future of manufacturing lies in strong partnerships and bold technology. AML3D’s ARCEMY platform is a brilliant example of industrial-scale innovation, and it’s been a pleasure working with their team. We’re proud to support their entry into the UK market and look forward to seeing this collaboration unlock new capabilities for industry across the region.
