ZWSOFT Celebrates Opening of its New Global Headquarters in Guangzhou, China

GUANGZHOU, China, Aug 27, 2025 — On August 26, we reached an exciting milestone – our new Global Headquarters officially opened! This marks a new chapter for ZWSOFT, reflecting our growth, innovation, and the many possibilities that lie ahead. It was a moment to celebrate, share, and look forward to the future together.

Truman Du, Chairman and CEO of ZWSOFT, joined government officials, business leaders, and overseas partners for the ribbon-cutting ceremony. Their presence made the event even more special, highlighting the strong relationships we’ve built around the world and the bright path ahead for the company.

The ZWSOFT Global Headquarters itself tells the story of who we are. Over three years of construction, Truman and the executive team closely monitored progress and quality, making sure every detail met the company’s high standards. Today, the building rises nine stories tall, covering about 45,000 square meters. Designed as an international workplace community, it blends technology, workspaces, and ecological elements to create a flexible environment that supports both business and a high-quality office experience.

The third floor is where lunch breaks turn into little gatherings of joy. The staff canteen serves a variety of cuisines and accommodates nearly 400 people. You’ll often see colleagues chatting over a meal, swapping ideas, or just relaxing before heading back to work.

The fourth floor is all about focus and learning. With 15 meeting rooms of different sizes and a 248-square-meter multifunctional hall, it’s perfect for everything from quick team huddles to large-scale training sessions. During ZWorld 2025, this space will come alive as our teams and global partners gather here to share success stories from sales, technology, and marketing, turning the floor into a vibrant hub of ideas and teamwork.

Floors five through nine are modern office areas, designed to encourage collaboration and innovation. In the top floor one can find a gym, a yoga studio, a library, and other activity spaces, giving employees plenty of options to relax, stay active, or focus on learning—all without leaving the building.

The new headquarters brings many benefits to our team. By combining open workspaces, collaborative areas, and wellness facilities under one roof, it helps employees stay productive, creative, and healthy. At the same time, it fosters connections across teams and departments, making communication smoother and sparking more innovative ideas. Simply put, it’s an office designed to make work more enjoyable and inspiring every day.

We were delighted to welcome industrial leaders, customers, and partners from around the world to visit. Our new headquarters isn’t just an office—it’s a hub for ideas, collaboration, and growth. Here, we’re ready to explore new opportunities, deliver greater value to our customers and partners, and build the future together—one that balances innovation with people, energy, and inspiration.
