The new version provides some new significant features that make working with files easier.
One of the key enhancements in this release is the introduction of batch conversion for 2D files, significantly streamlining workflows involving large volumes of drawings. With just a few clicks, users can convert multiple files at once: simply select the Batch Conversion option from the toolbar, choose the required files, specify the desired export format (DWG, DXF, CGM, SVG, or PDF), and save the results to a target folder. This new capability helps reduce repetitive manual work and improves overall productivity when handling extensive drawing sets.
Additionally, to improve print quality, the new version of CST CAD Navigator includes the display of print settings and the ability to create new layouts.
In addition, support for viewing SLDASM format has been added, further enhancing CST CAD Navigator’s capabilities as a viewer application.
Improvements have also been made to one of the most required features—the conversion of non-editable PDF files into editable DWG/DXF formats. In addition to overall improvements in the quality of PDF-to-DWG/DXF conversion, the ability to apply transparency to fills has been added.
