With these new centers located in Monterrey, Nuevo León, Mexico and Exton, Pennsylvania, United States, Creaform customers in the US and Mexico can now access certified calibration locally, reducing shipping delays and downtime.
The ISO 17025 calibration services are backed by test protocols that have been reviewed and approved by an independent certified auditor. Customers will now be able to obtain calibration certificates aligned with their quality management systems, while avoiding the complexities of international shipping.

- End of 2025: US and Mexico service centers begin performing calibration for the HandySCAN 3D EVO, BLACK, and MAX Series, under the Creaform ISO 17025 accreditation.
- Early 2026: Global deployment of ISO 17025 calibration for the HandySCAN 3D EVO, BLACK, and MAX Series to most service centers around the world.
- Mid-2026: Expansion of the ISO 17025 calibration service to include MetraSCAN 3D and HandyPROBE.
- Fall 2026: On-site calibration available for R-Series customers and key accounts.
