HANOI, Vietnam, Jan 13, 2026 – Dassault Systèmes (Euronext Paris: FR0014003TT8, DSY.PA) inaugurated its Center of Excellence (CoE) for Virtual Twin & Artificial Intelligence and Industry Solutions Lab at the Vietnam National Innovation Center (NIC) in Hanoi. The launches mark a strategic expansion of Dassault Systèmes’ capability and capacity in Vietnam to develop talent, address industrial challenges, and accelerate high-tech innovation. The inauguration ceremony was officiated by Nguyễn Chí Dũng, Deputy Prime Minister of Vietnam and Nguyễn Đức Tâm, Deputy Minister of Finance.
The CoE for Virtual Twin & Artificial Intelligence sets the foundation for building Vietnam’s engineering workforce on Dassault Systèmes’ virtual twin technologies. Initially focused on the aerospace sector, the CoE will extend to semiconductors, as well as transportation and mobility, based on Vietnam’s industrial priorities. It will enable both students and industry professionals to get certified with industry best practices based on Dassault Systèmes’ 3DEXPERIENCE platform. This workforce-centric approach supports Vietnam’s ambition to move toward higher-value industrial innovation and technological self-reliance
Through secure industry environments that combine modeling, simulation, data science, and AI-generated content, the CoE enables companies and organizations to experiment, learn, and innovate using proven industry solutions. To address industry challenges and translate expertise into real-world impact, Dassault Systèmes decides to expand its capacity and capability by establishing the Industry Solutions Lab at NIC. The Industry Solutions Lab aims at turning data into validated knowledge and operational know-how within a secure digital infrastructure.
Together with the CoE for Virtual Twin and Artificial Intelligence, the Industry Solutions Lab will form a new ecosystem where talent trained in the CoE will strengthen workforce readiness and industrial competitiveness in Vietnam.
NIC welcomes Dassault Systèmes’ establishment of the CoE for Virtual Twin and Artificial Intelligence and Industry Solutions Lab. This collaboration strengthens Vietnam’s innovation ecosystem by connecting the global Virtual Twin technology platforms with local enterprises and talent. The CoE for Virtual Twin and AI, and the Industry Solutions Lab support Vietnam’s Resolution 57, advancing national priorities in science, technology, innovation, and digital transformation for sustainable socio-economic growth,” said Dr. Vo Xuan Hoai, Vice Director of Vietnam’s National Innovation Center.
“This dual launch builds on Dassault Systèmes’ more than 20-year engagement with Vietnamese enterprises, partners, and academia, reinforcing its long-term commitment to Vietnam’s digital and industrial transformation. Both initiatives in collaboration with NIC will play a key role in developing highly skilled engineers who can drive industry-focused innovation and support national high-tech priorities,” said Samson Khaou, Executive Vice President, Asia-Pacific, Dassault Systèmes.
