HELSINKI, Finland, Aug 9, 2024 – Solibri is proud to announce a new partner integration with One Click LCA in Solibri Office. Users will be able to change the way they perform life cycle assessments by using the One Click LCA extension to seamlessly transfer data and automate calculation of component quantities, saving time and increasing the accuracy of sustainability reports.
With an One Click LCA license, users can conduct in depth Life Cycle Assessments, assessing the sustainability of building designs, infrastructure projects, and construction materials by evaluating their carbon footprint, energy use, and other environmental indicators.
Speaking with Paul Linder, the Product Manager Strategy, he states: “Through this collaboration, we offer you the opportunity to have a direct influence on the ecological footprint of your project. As the construction industry is responsible for a large proportion of global CO2 emissions, it is crucial to consider sustainability right from the planning phase. The choice of materials plays a key role in determining how sustainable your building will be”
“This partnership with Solibri is a major step forward in streamlining LCA workflows and to make data-driven decisions that minimize the environmental impact of buildings and infrastructure,” says Panu Pasanen, Founder & CEO of One Click LCA. “By integrating seamlessly with Solibri, it is easier than ever to conduct comprehensive sustainability assessments and decarbonize projects.”
Currently, the One Click LCA integration is a pre-release, with the aim of welcoming subscribed users to test it. In this help article, you can see how to download and integrate it into your Solibri Office.
