DARMSTADT, Germany, Apr 24, 2023 – PROSTEP AG is expanding and rejuvenating its Executive Board: With effect from May 1, 2023, the Supervisory Board of PROSTEP has appointed Philipp Hasenäcker, Managing Director of the PROSTEP subsidiary BHC GmbH, as a new member of the Executive Board. In his new role, he will be responsible for consulting and support his two colleagues on the board, Bernd Pätzold and Karsten Theis, in expanding the range of consulting and solutions in the direction of software-driven business.
Hasenäcker was born in Osnabrück and grew up in Paderborn. Before starting his professional career as a freelance consultant in a PLM project at Mercedes-Benz, he studied industrial engineering at the TH Ostwestfalen-Lippe. Since 2016, Hasenäcker has been a partner and managing director of Bartscher & Hasenäcker Consulting GmbH, which he co-founded and is based in Böblingen.
Bartscher & Hasenäcker Consulting was acquired by PROSTEP at the beginning of 2019 and is now a wholly owned subsidiary of the PROSTEP Group under the new name BHC.
In the course of Hasenäcker’s appointment, PROSTEP took over the remaining shares in the consulting firm. Hasenäcker remains managing director of BHC.
