TURKU, Finland, Oct 15, 2026 – MEP designers can now access 76 ROCKWOOL product families on MagiCAD Cloud, covering insulation solutions for both piping and ventilation systems. The newly available content gives designers access to ROCKWOOL product data through MagiCAD Cloud.
With the release, ROCKWOOL becomes the first Swedish manufacturer to provide this type of insulation content on the platform.
Insulation for piping and ventilation
ROCKWOOL provides stone wool insulation for a wide range of building services applications. The content now available on MagiCAD Cloud includes product ranges such as ROCKWOOL 800, ROCKWOOL Flex, TECLIT, CONLIT and Alu-Wired Mat.
The available products cover both piping and ventilation applications, including solutions for thermal insulation and fire protection. Depending on the application, insulation can play an important role in reducing energy losses, managing condensation and meeting fire protection requirements.
A MagiCAD project template for insulation
Unlike many other product categories available on MagiCAD Cloud, ROCKWOOL’s insulation products are not provided as individual BIM objects. Instead, the product information is available through a MagiCAD project template with the insulation ranges preloaded.
This makes ROCKWOOL’s insulation data available to MagiCAD users in a format specifically developed for piping and ventilation insulation.
With its product data now available on MagiCAD Cloud, ROCKWOOL brings its insulation offering closer to MEP designers and the digital design process.
ROCKWOOL’s insulation project template is available for MagiCAD for Revit, MagiCAD for AutoCAD and MagiCAD for BricsCAD. Search for ROCKWOOL in MagiCAD Portal to find and download the files.
