HUNTSVILLE, AL, USA, Oct 20, 2026 — Titomic USA, Inc. (ASX: TTT), a global advanced manufacturing company serving the U.S. and allied industrial base, using its proprietary cold spray Titomic Kinetic Fusion (TKF) Technology, announced the advancement of exploratory collaboration through award of a contract with Bechtel Plant Machinery, Inc. (BPMI), a defense prime contractor, to evaluate and develop advanced material solutions in support of critical submarine industrial base needs
The collaboration will begin with an initial order valued of USD 250,000 (AUD 361,000), and represents an important milestone in Titomic’s strategy to accelerate the adoption of innovative manufacturing technologies that quickly improve readiness, strengthen the defense industrial base, and extend the service life of critical naval assets.

Through this effort, Titomic and BPMI will explore the development of advanced repair materials and manufacturing processes designed to support future initiatives for the U.S. Navy.
Beyond repair and coating technologies, Titomic is also working to introduce its TKF cold spray additive manufacturing process into additional defense applications where rapid production, component restoration, and advanced material development can improve operational readiness and reduce lifecycle costs at speed and at volume.
This opportunity reflects the direction of modern manufacturing.
“The future belongs to organizations willing to challenge traditional manufacturing methods and work together to develop entirely new capabilities”, said Jim Simpson, CEO & Managing Director of Titomic.
Titomic’s goal is to partner with industry leaders to unlock technologies that were previously considered impossible and deliver innovative solutions for our defense customers.
Titomic’s proprietary TKF process enables solid-state deposition of metal powders without melting the material, producing high-performance coatings, repairs, and near-net-shape components while minimizing heat-affected zones and preserving material properties. These capabilities make the technology well suited for demanding defense, aerospace, maritime, and industrial applications.
The collaboration further supports Titomic’s long-term strategy of partnering with government agencies, prime contractors, and industrial organizations to accelerate the commercialization of advanced manufacturing technologies that strengthen supply chain resilience, increase production flexibility, and redefine how critical components are manufactured and repaired.
As defense requirements continue to evolve, Titomic remains committed to developing technologies that expand the possibilities of additive manufacturing and create new pathways for innovation across the defense industrial base.
