Retired United States Marine Corps Colonel Patrick Tucker brings nearly three decades of leadership and logistics expertise. During his military career, Tucker commanded at company, battalion, and regimental levels, including serving as Deputy Commander of Marine Forces Europe and Africa. Additionally, he has operationalized advanced manufacturing for the Marine Corps and Navy, addressing supply chain vulnerabilities through advanced technologies. With his logistics and advanced manufacturing expertise, Patrick will be a key resource in helping our federal partners navigate supply chain challenges and implement innovative solutions.
Tucker’s connection with Phillips Federal dates back to 2019 during his time as the Commander of Combat Logistics Regiment 15, where he worked with Phillips Federal on a CRADA, and again in 2023 during his tenure as the Strategic Consultant at the Naval Postgraduate School, where he collaborated with Phillips Federal to address urgent parts shortages and was part of identifying the issue and pursuing additive manufacturing solutions.
