HANOVER, MD, USA, Jul 3, 2026 — Phillips Corporation announced the rebranding of its Hybrid division to Phillips Advanced Manufacturing Solutions (AMS), reflecting the organization’s expanded capabilities and continued growth in advanced manufacturing. The company also announced the promotion of Brian Kristaponis to President of the division.
The transition to Phillips Advanced Manufacturing Solutions marks a strategic evolution, aligning the division’s name with the full scope of capabilities it delivers across hybrid, standalone additive, and deployable manufacturing systems.

Kristaponis joined Phillips Corporation in 2016 and was appointed General Manager of the Hybrid division in 2023. As President of Phillips Advanced Manufacturing Solutions, he will lead the division’s strategic direction, OEM partnerships, applications engineering, sales, service, and continued expansion across commercial manufacturing, federal programs, research institutions, and workforce development initiatives.
