Packed with over 200 new features and support for the latest machine models and technology in Sheet Metal Fabrication, these new versions are sure to boost your productivity and optimize your material usage.
Some of the highlights cncKad/AutoNest V23 – A lot of new features including new SVG preview format, new 3D part file formats available, Fly Cut for oval holes enhancement, job number for part, log file output settings, global optimization for split skeleton, optimization by contour size and from small to large, different lead-in support for each MicroJoint, diamond type MicroJoint, multi view support for SubNest, one pierce process, split long parts, Auto Sheet ID enhancement, center nest on sheet, center parts in holes, performing bite lead-in only for MicroJoint, nano-joints support for Trumpf fiber lasers, logo support in crystal report template, creating bevel with changing angle, using lead-in punch tools for buffer, delaying last cut in common cuts, ensuring clear corner for part pickup, processing arc by special tools with suitable arc edge, and changing text size during order by mouse.
cncKad/AutoNest Tube V23 – Our tube package is also greatly improved with tube AutoCut, tube remnant support, merge with end remnant, tube segmentation control for circular tubes and rectangular tubes corner control.
JobTrack – Enhanced features include automated job execution, auto background AJE, product operations, Non-Part Elements, SubNest custom fields in the schedule, saving DFT content in DB, creating a product from an exported assembly, showing cost columns in order, configuring machine stoppage events, and JobTrack estimation reports.
MBend V17 – New features include new open part dialog, direct opening for Solid Edge and Inventor parts, support for: sheet followers, native SolidWorks 2025, and Aizawa post-processor.
MRobot V17 – Enhanced support for parametric gripper creation, out-pallets settings per cell and per part, new icons in the tree path, close clamp during motion, preferred joints family, enhancement in setting position limits in rail tab, and adjusting in-plane values in gripping adjustments.
