Lieutenant General Dennis Luyt is the former Commander of the Royal Netherlands Air Force, where he led the transformation of the RNLAF into a modernized “5th Generation Air Force” integrating advanced aerospace, cyber, and space capabilities. A former F-16 fighter pilot and Weapons School graduate, he commanded operational deployments and held senior defense leadership roles focused on combat readiness, NATO cooperation, and strategic defense modernization.
Following a distinguished 40-year military career, Lt. Gen. Luyt now serves as a strategic advisor and supervisory board member to organizations across the aerospace and defense sectors, providing expertise in leadership, operational transformation, innovation, and international defense collaboration.
Brigadier General Wolfgang Richter served more than four decades in the German Armed Forces and NATO across senior command, operational planning, and strategic capability development roles. His career included appointments at NATO SHAPE, the German Ministry of Defense, and NATO Joint Force Command Naples, as well as serving as Commissioner for Education and Training of the German Chief of Defense.
General Richter has extensive expertise in NATO interoperability, defense modernization, military capability analysis, and strategic communications. He now advises defense and industrial organizations on military requirements, procurement alignment, strategic positioning, and engagement across European defense markets.
Lieutenant General Sir Charlie Stickland served 38 years in the UK Armed Forces, culminating in his appointment as Chief of Joint Operations, where he was responsible for all UK global operations, including support to Ukraine, NATO operational engagement, Indo-Pacific strategy, and national crisis response operations. Previous senior appointments included Assistant Chief of Defense Staff for Operations, Commandant General Royal Marines, Commander EU NAVFOR Operation ATALANTA, and Commander 3 Commando Brigade.
A strong advocate for inclusive leadership and the application of technology to create operational advantage, Sir Charlie now serves as a senior board advisor and mentor focused on defense, resilience, geopolitics, and emerging technologies. He is also a senior research fellow for RAND and Chair of the disaster response charity REACT.
