Solibri Launches New Platform Offerings

HELSINKI, Finland, May 8, 2026 – Solibri announced the launch of its new platform offerings, introducing a new portfolio designed to support organizations at every level of digital construction maturity. With this release, Solibri also confirmed that its previous product offerings—Solibri Office, Solibri CheckPoint, Solibri Site, and Solibri Anywhere—will transition into legacy products.

This launch marks a major milestone in the evolution of Solibri and reflects the growing importance of structured model validation, quality assurance, compliance, and collaboration across the building lifecycle.

Responding to the Evolution of Digital Construction

The construction industry is rapidly moving beyond basic model coordination toward structured model validation, compliance workflows, digital permitting, and lifecycle asset data management. As projects become more complex and regulated, organizations increasingly require standardized model quality processes, auditable validation workflows, and better collaboration across disciplines and organizations.

“As construction becomes more digital and data driven, our customers need a reliable way to secure model quality and trustworthy information on every project. With our new tiered Solibri platform, we are unifying our solutions on one foundation so we can deliver new capabilities faster, including AI driven features, and keep increasing the value we bring across the whole digital construction lifecycle.” — Ville Kyytsönen, CEO, Solibri

The new Solibri offerings have been developed in response to this industry shift, providing one platform for BIM validation, model quality assurance, and model governance across the entire building lifecycle—from design and coordination to construction, handover, and operations.

The Solibri Platform Offerings

The Solibri platform is available through Solibri StarterSolibri EssentialSolibri Advanced, and Solibri Premium.

These offerings support organizations from individual model inspection and project coordination through to organization-wide model governance, compliance workflows, and portfolio-level validation processes.

“The new Solibri platform combines advanced model analysis with collaborative workflows across desktop and cloud environments. This allows organizations to standardize model validation, communication, and governance across projects, teams, and portfolios.” — Sami Mikkonen, CTO, Solibri

The platform combines desktop-based model checking and analysis with web-based collaboration and communication workflows, allowing project teams to coordinate, review, and communicate model issues more efficiently across organizations and locations.

For secure and regulated environments, Solibri offers Solibri Security+, a standalone offering designed for defense, government, and critical infrastructure projects requiring secure and air-gapped deployment environments.

Supporting the Full BIM Validation Maturity Path

Organizations typically evolve through multiple stages of digital construction maturity, including:

  • Individual model inspection and issue identification
  • BIM coordination across disciplines
  • Information validation and data requirements checking
  • Compliance and regulatory validation
  • Organization-wide validation standards and governance
  • Portfolio-level model quality management

The new Solibri offerings are designed to support this full maturity path within one platform, enabling organizations to standardize validation workflows across projects, teams, and regions.

“Project teams have always collaborated across disciplines, but communication often happened outside the model environment. With the new Solibri platform, teams can now collaborate directly around the model itself, whether working in desktop or cloud environments, supporting true collaboration without compromise.” — Daniel van den Eijnden, Director of Global Marketing, Solibri

The platform combines desktop-based model checking and analysis with web-based collaboration and communication workflows, allowing project teams to coordinate, review, and communicate model issues more efficiently across organizations and locations.

Transition of Legacy Products

With the introduction of the new platform offerings, the following products will transition into legacy status:

  • Solibri Office
  • Solibri CheckPoint
  • Solibri Site
  • Solibri Anywhere

These products have played a critical role in establishing rule-based model checking, BIM coordination, and model validation workflows across the global construction industry.

Existing customers can continue using their current products according to their existing agreements. Solibri will continue to support existing customers during the transition period and help organizations evaluate how their workflows align with the new Solibri offerings over time. Customers can transition to the new offerings gradually based on their workflows, project requirements, and organizational needs.

Enabling Better Building Through Trusted Digital Models

By identifying issues early in BIM models, Solibri helps organizations reduce rework, improve coordination, ensure compliance, improve lifecycle data quality, and deliver higher-quality buildings and infrastructure projects. The new Solibri platform strengthens these capabilities by enabling more structured validation workflows, improved collaboration, and standardized model governance across projects and organizations.

As digital construction continues to evolve, Solibri remains focused on ensuring that digital building models can be trusted as a reliable foundation for design, construction, and operation.
